I’m Herman Schistad, a software engineer and technology leader with a proven track record in building and scaling impactful products and teams. Over the years, I’ve worked across diverse domains, from e-commerce to finance, with a particular focus on applying cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems.
As one of the early employees at Oda, I contributed to building the technology that transformed the grocery industry in Norway. Later, as CTO at Kron, I led the development of a modern investment platform, playing a key role in its acquisition.
With a specialization in artificial intelligence and a strong background in systems design and scalability, I enjoy working on challenges that combine innovation with operational excellence.
